Construction Cost Consultant: Since 2009 to present time Mr Morales have been involved as an independent cost consulting business for the construction industry in Orlando Florida.
 
Instructor of Construction Management courses at the Everglades University in Orlando, Florida.
 
Project Senior Estimator- Mr Morales served as senior estimator for Hanscomb F&G from 2002 through 2006 and Project Controls Management from 2006 to 2009.
Mr Morales has been involved in Scope Development, Conceptual, Schematic, DD, CD and Final Estimates, Constructability Reviews, Value  Analysis/Engineering, Bid Analysis and Change Order Management. His previous experience in the field as project engineer, scheduler and construction manager has given him the overall understanding of the construction process applied into cost estimating and management of the projects.
 
Project Scheduler-Mr Morales served as scheduler of Hanscomb F&G in 2002 in Miami, Florida acting as a subcontractor for Turner Construction Company. Mr Morales prepared schedules for different phases of construction renovation at the Miami International airport.
 
Assistant Project Manager and Scheduler-Mr Morales served as part of the project management team in two projects for Boyken International: 1) The Great Platte River Road Archway Memorial in Kearney, Nebraska as scheduler, cost controller, quality controller, and responsible for the daily over-site of the five major contractors, and 2) The Four Seasons Resort Reconstruction in Nevis, West Indies; acted as scheduler, cost controller, quality controller, and direct assistant of the general project manager. Other scheduling projects, litigation support and documentation review for the project control department.
